Chocolate Magic was started in 2010 by Susan Anderson. Following redundancy from the Telecommunications Industry, Susan followed her passion for chocolate by training as a chocolatier with the industry famous John Slattery, of Slatterys Chocolatiers in Manchester.
She spent the next two years developing her business of hand making truffles for sale at farmers markets and local farm shops.
In 2012 Susan was joined in her business by husband Malcolm. After selling his Preston based training business, built up over the previous twelve years, Malcolm turned his attention to building Chocolate Magic into a more substantial business. This involved investment in new chocolate tempering machinery and a complete change in the product range, into the collection of fifty different flavours of chocolate bar shown on this website.
Susan and Malcolm now sell their products at food festivals, Christmas fairs, delicatessens, restaurants and many other retailers throughout the North West of England.
